Unlike typical courses that focus on entrepreneurs, this program is tailored for 9-5ers, addressing the unique challenges they face.

The program will follow my signature 5-step process: VIBES + an initial assessment:

Week 1: Assessment
We can’t start until we know where you are! We will evaluate your current place of being, and understand from what stage we are moving forward from. First step is to identify your goals, your blocks, and what is holding you back.

Week 2: Visualize Your Ideal Life
In this session, you'll learn the power of manifestation and visualization, supported by scientific insights. We'll guide you through the process of creating a vivid mental image of your dream day, from morning to night, incorporating every detail. You'll discover hidden desires and aspirations you might not have thought possible within a corporate lifestyle.

Week 3: Identify and Reprogram Limiting Beliefs
Uncover and challenge the beliefs that hold you back. Through empowering techniques like affirmations, meditations, and nervous system regulation, you'll gain control over your mindset and start embodying the life you desire. Learn to cultivate abundance and release the notion that your dream life is reserved for entrepreneurs alone.

Week 4: Build Your Dream Routine Routines
We'll delve into the importance of both morning and night routines tailored to your schedule. Whether you're an early riser or night owl, we'll craft routines that set the tone for your day, boost productivity, and foster self-care. We will implement practical strategies and creative approaches for aligning routines with your corporate job.

Week 5: Establish Healthy Boundaries
Burnout can creep in when boundaries are absent. Understand the significance of setting boundaries in your professional and personal life to conserve energy and maintain well-being. You'll gain clarity on activities that energize you and those that drain you, learn to communicate boundaries effectively, and create a boundary-setting plan tailored to your role and responsibilities.

Week 6: Strategic Time Management & Efficiency
Efficiency is key for a balanced life. Discover time management techniques that synchronize with your energy levels, such as timers, task batching, and working during your peak productivity periods. We'll dive into the concept of cycle syncing to optimize productivity and self-care according to your body's natural rhythm.
